Squirrels

Squirrels are fun to watch in your yard and trees, but when they invade your attic, they can gnaw on electrical wires, creating a very dangerous situation such as a fire hazard. Getting rid of squirrels is not an easy task. We send out a trained technician to look at the problem and determine where to place live traps. Once in place, you must monitor the traps daily so that when a squirrel is caught we can come remove it. Squirrels must be taken at least 10 miles from their territory or they will return. Please call 972 423 4764 and we can further discuss.

SQUIRREL CONTROL

Squirrels mice and rats have become major pests throughout the suburbs in the United States. Although the antics of squirrels keep us amused while we have our morning coffee, these same antics in the attic early morning during the day or at dusk are not a good thing.

Rodents in the attic are responsible for thousands of electrical fires each year. For this reason alone rodents of any sort in the attic or walls should be eliminated.

Squirrels, rats and mice are 3 rodents that typically infest our homes. The rest of this article will talk about ways to keep them in the yard where they belong.

    •  Feeding birds is the thing to do in the suburbs. But when the birds come, so do the rodents.

    • Deny the rodents access into the attic by trimming all touching or overhanging limbs around the house

    • PET FOOD. Remove pet food from the outside as soon as your pet is done feeding. rodents love dog and cat food.
